Boise State Announces Color Schemes for Football Games


                BOISE, Idaho - Boise State has announced its color schemes for the 2011 home football games at Bronco Stadium, while also urging "Fans" to wear "Blue" in the season opener against Georgia at the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game in Atlanta on Sept. 3 (Saturday).

                The schemes encourage Fans to wear different colors for specific sections for the first five home games at Bronco Stadium.  The color schemes include tri-color (blue, orange and white), alternating blue and orange sections, all orange and all blue. 

                For the last game of the season against New Mexico, "Spirit Day" will be the theme and Fans are encouraged to wear their best blue and orange colors wherever they sit.

                Following is the schedule and color schemes:

September 3rd - At Georgia (Georgia Dome): Blue

October 1st - Nevada: Alternating Blue & Orange


October 7th - At Fresno State: Blue


October 15th - At Colorado State: Orange


October 22nd - Air Force: Orange


November 5th - At UNLV: Blue


November 12th - TCU: Orange


November 19th - At San Diego State: Blue


November 26th - Wyoming: Blue


December 3rd - New Mexico: Bronco Spirit Day (Blue & Orange)
