Boise State wide receiver Titus Young stole the spotlight, Monday, at the first true two-a-day for the Bronco football team this fall. For his efforts in the morning and afternoon practices, Young earned Head Coach Chris Petersen’s Camper of the Day award for the sixth day of fall camp.
“He’s been very solid, since the first day of camp,” Petersen said. “He’s continuing to compete at a very high level, and we’re excited for him to make big plays this fall.”
Young, a junior from Los Angeles, Calif. (University HS), enters the 2009 season with 54 career receptions, tallying 807 receiving yards. He has accounted for ten all-purpose touchdowns, while averaging 50.4 receiving yards per game for his career.
