April 15, 2015

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Three of Boise State's conference football games have been moved to Fridays as part of the Mountain West's national television package, the conference office announced Wednesday.

The Broncos' games at Utah State (Oct. 16; 7 p.m.), against Air Force (Nov. 20; 7:30 p.m.) and at San José State (Nov. 27; 1:30 p.m.) have each been moved to Friday. The game against the Falcons will be televised on ESPN2, and the games against the Aggies and Spartans will be broadcast by CBS Sports Network.

Two of the Broncos' previously-announced Friday games have also been assigned kickoff times. Boise State's season opener against Washington, scheduled for Sept. 4 at Albertsons Stadium, will kick off at 8:15 p.m. MT on ESPN.

The Broncos' match-up with Idaho State (Sept. 18) will kick at 7 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.

In all, six of Boise State's regular-season games will be played on a Friday, including a nonconference tilt at Virginia (Sept. 25). A kick time has not yet been released for the game against the Cavaliers.

The six regular-season non-Saturday games are tied for the most in school history (2007 and 2009).

With today's announcement, dates for each of the Broncos' 12 regular-season games are now final. Broadcast information, including networks and kick times, for the remainder of the 2015 schedule will be announced at a later date.
