Broncos In The NFL: Week 17

BOISE, Idaho - Five Broncos were on the sidelines Sunday in Dallas, as Tyrone Crawford, DeMarcus Lawrence, Kellen Moore and Orlando Scandrick represented the Cowboys, and Jeron Johnson represented Washington at Cowboys Stadium in the NFL’s final week of the regular season.

Moore threw for 435 yards and three touchdowns while Johnson made five tackles in Washington’s 34-23 win. Lawrence made four tackles for the Cowboys while Crawford added three including a tackle-for-loss.

Elsewhere, Tampa Bay’s Doug Martin finished the season with 1,402 rushing yards, second-highest in the league.

Four Broncos will head into the NFL playoffs with the teams: Johnson (Washington), George Iloka (Cincinnati), Matt Paradis (Denver) and Blake Renaud (Minnesota).

Here’s a breakdown of how the Bronco alumni fared in Week 17:

RB Jay Ajayi – Miami Dolphins
Ajayi carried once for a loss of three yards in Miami’s 20-10 win over New England.

OT Ryan Clady – Denver Broncos
Clady is out for the 2015 season after suffering a torn ACL during OTAs in May.

DT Tyrone Crawford – Dallas Cowboys
Crawford started at defensive tackle in Dallas’ 34-23 loss to Washington, making three tackles (one solo) including a tackle-for-loss.

S George Iloka – Cincinnati Bengals
Iloka returned to action Sunday, making two tackles (one solo) in Cincinnati’s 24-16 win over Baltimore.

S Jeron Johnson - Washington
Johnson made five tackles (three solo) in Washington’s 34-23 win at Dallas.

DE DeMarcus Lawrence – Dallas Cowboys
Lawrence started at defensive end in Dallas’ 34-23 loss to Washington, making four tackles (two solo).

OT Charles Leno – Chicago Bears
Leno started at left tackle in Chicago’s 24-20 loss to Detroit.

RB Doug Martin – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Martin started and rushed for 48 yards on 15 carries, and caught seven passes for 60 yards in Tampa Bay’s 38-10 loss to Carolina. Martin finished the season second in the NFL with 1,402 rushing yards.

LB Shea McClellin – Chicago Bears
McClellin was inactive due to injury for Chicago’s 24-20 loss to Detroit.

QB Kellen Moore – Dallas Cowboys
Moore started against Washington and went 33-for-48 for 435 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions in Dallas’ 34-23 loss. His total of 435 passing yards is the sixth-highest single-game mark in Cowboys history.

C Matt Paradis – Denver Broncos
Paradis started at center in Denver’s 27-20 win over San Diego which clinched the AFC West title.

FB Blake Renaud – Minnesota Vikings
Renaud is currently on the Minnesota practice squad.

CB Orlando Scandrick – Dallas Cowboys
Scandrick was placed on injured reserve last month and will miss the 2015 season after suffering a torn ACL during a preseason practice.

S Jamar Taylor – Miami Dolphins
Taylor was inactive for Miami’s 18-12 loss to Indianapolis.

CB Kyle Wilson – New Orleans Saints
Wilson made four tackles (three solo) in New Orleans’ 20-17 win over Atlanta.

DT Billy Winn – Indianapolis Colts
Winn was placed on injured reserve by the Colts Dec. 21, ending his 2015 season.
