Mark Mace enters his fifth season with the Broncos, and second year as Offensive Quality Control. Mace is responsible for passing-game aspects of opponent film breakdown, defensive tendencies, scouting report, depth chart, and self-scout reports.

Mace provides support to offensive coordinator Zak Hill with the quarterback position. In addition to his duties with assisting the coaches during game preparation, Mace assists with the recruiting efforts in Washington, Northern Idaho, and Canada.

Prior to working in the role of quality control, Mace worked for two seasons as an intern for the offensive staff, breaking down opponent’s film. Mace began his work in the program as a student videographer for the 2013 season.

Mace earned a Bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship management from Boise State in 2014, and is currently a second-year graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in athletic leadership. In 2011, Mace married Katie Smith of Oakley, Idaho. They have a two-year-old son, Clark.
