The Broncos jumped out to a 10-0 lead - their largest advantage to open a contest this season - and never looked back. A 3-pointer from Noonan with 9:34 remaining in the game gave Boise State a 35-point lead (73-38), the team's largest of the season.
Robert Arnold added 12 points and eight rebounds for Boise State (7-4), while Sean Imadiyi and La'Shard Anderson had 10 points apiece. The double-digit outing was the first of Imadiyi's career.
The Broncos had a 45-22 rebounding edge, the widest margin of the season (+23).
Perry Petty scored 20 points for Texas-Pan American (3-10), which lost its fourth-consecutive contest. Aaron Urbanus added 13 points for Pan American, 0-6 on the road this season.
Boise State led 41-18 at halftime after holding Texas-Pan American to 30.4 percent shooting from the field before the break.
