ON THE CALL: The Voice of the Broncos, Bob Behler, is back for his eighth season of calling Boise State men's basketball on the radio. ABOUT WILLAMETTE: The Bearcats (1-4) won their first game of the year before dropping the next four. Willamette averages 77 points per game, led by 15.6 from Meridian, Idaho, native Brandon Luedtke.

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS: Boise State will play six of its next seven games at home, starting Wednesday against Willamette. The Broncos play at Portland Saturday, but will not go on the road again until Jan. 5, at Utah State.

AT THE WOODEN LEGACY: Boise State played three games in four days at the DirecTV Wooden Legacy last weekend. The Broncos defeated UC Irvine 71-64 Thursday, before coming up just short against a pair of ranked teams in the winners’ bracket.

DRMIC MOVES UP: Anthony Drmic scored 38 points at the DirecTV Wooden Legacy, and now has 1,620 for his career. Drmic moved ahead of Chris Childs for sixth on Boise State’s all-time scoring list Nov. 26, and three days later passed Nick Jacobson (Utah, 2000-04) for No. 10 in Mountain West history.

HOLDING COURT: Boise State is 64-15 at Taco Bell Arena under head coach Leon Rice, including a 35-2 mark in nonconference games. Boise State has won 43 of its last 49 overall at home.

70 THE MAGIC NUMBER: Under Leon Rice, Boise State’s recipe for success has been to score 70 points. The Broncos are 83-17 when scoring at least 70, and 22-50 when failing to reach that mark.

PASSING FOR SUCCESS: Since the start of the 2011-12 season, Boise State is 36-1 when tallying at least 15 assists in a game.
