RECORD VS CONFERENCE: Boise State is 8-5 all-time against teams currently in the Sun Belt Conference, though eight of the games were played against North Texas when both schools were members of the Big West, and the game against Troy was when the Trojans were in the Atlantic Sun. Boise State has played just six previous nonconference games with teams while they were in the Sun Belt, going 1-1 against Denver, 1-0 against the Mean Green and 0-3 against the Ragin’ Cajuns.

VERY FEW MISTAKES: Boise State’s five turnovers against Oakland (Nov. 13) were the fewest since the Broncos tied the school record with four against San Jose State, Jan. 3, 2002 - a span of 338 games. Boise State also recorded four against BYU, Dec. 13, 1996.

Boise State will be looking for its third-straight 3-0 start under head coach Leon Rice, Sunday. The Broncos started out 6-0 during Rice’s debut season, and 3-0 in 2011-12, marking the first time in school history the team won its first three games in back-to-back seasons.
