BRONCO BASKETBALL: The Boise State University men’s basketball team will play its second and final exhibition game of the 2010-11 season against Adams State of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tuesday (Nov. 9) at Taco Bell Arena. Tip-off between the Broncos and Grizzlies is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

The Broncos open their 2010-11 regular season Saturday (Nov. 13) at home against Western State.

LAST GAME: The Broncos defeated Montana Tech 77-58 in the team’s first exhibition game, Oct. 29. Senior forward Daequon Montreal score a game-high 17 points, and senior forward Robert Arnold (15) and freshman guard Jeff Elorriaga (14) were also in double figures for the Broncos.

DEBUT FOR RICE:
Leon Rice enters his first season as head coach at Boise State after being named the seventh coach in school history, March 26, 2010. Rice joins the Broncos after spending the last 11 seasons on the coaching staff at Gonzaga. He had served as the associate head coach with the Bulldogs since 2007.

LISTEN LIVE:
Bob Behler is in his third season as the “Voice of the Broncos,” and his 25th calling college basketball games. Joining Behler, and also in his third season, is former Bronco Abe Jackson, who played for Boise State from 1998-2002.

All Bronco games will be broadcast on the Bronco Radio Network, with KBOI 670 AM serving as the flagship station.

Parking for each of the Bronco men’s basketball exhibition games will be free in the West and East Stadium Lots to all fans. Parking for all women’s basketball games, including the exhibition game but excluding doubleheaders, is also free in the West and East Stadium Lots. RETURNERS: The Broncos ranked third in the Western Athletic Conference in scoring last season at 74.1 points per game, and 62 percent of the team’s scoring returns for 2010-11.
