Men’s Basketball Open Scrimmage Oct. 24
Oct. 16, 2015

BOISE, Idaho - Boise State men’s basketball will hold its third-annual open scrimmage in Bronco Gym Saturday, Oct. 24, as part of the Homecoming festivities. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and the Bronco men’s basketball team will take the floor at 6 p.m. Admission is free.

Get your first up-close look at the 2015-16 Broncos as they prepare to defend their Mountain West title and make a return trip to the NCAA Tournament. Head coach Leon Rice is entering his sixth year at the helm and returns seven letterwinners from last season’s team that went 25-9, winning 14 of 15 to end the regular season and share the MW crown at 14-4.

The open scrimmage gives Bronco Nation a unique opportunity to see the team in a fan-friendly and intimate environment. Watch James Webb III soar above the rim and see how Anthony Drmic is preparing to make a run at the school’s all-time scoring record.

After the scrimmage, enjoy the rest of the festivities on campus leading up to Bronco football against Wyoming on The Blue at 8:15 p.m.

The Broncos open the season with an exhibition game Nov. 6, against Northwest University at Taco Bell Arena. The regular-season home opener is Nov. 16, against Northern Arizona and will be the start or an action-packed year on the hardwood. Season tickets are on sale now at or by calling 208-426-4737.
