RIGA, Latvia - Incoming Boise State freshmen Anthony Drmic and Igor Hadziomerovic helped lead Australia into the quarterfinals as the top seed in Group E, but the duo couldn't lead their squad past Serbia, falling 93-74, Friday.

Drmic scored 15 points on 5-of-12 shooting (.417), pulled down four rebounds and recorded two assists and two steals.

Hadziomerovic scored seven points (3-of-12; .250), pulled down four rebounds and recorded two assists.

Australia, which had won four-straight at the World Championship prior to the loss, will play Saturday and Sunday to determine where they finish at the tournament. The team could finish anywhere from fifth through eighth.
