RUSTON, La. - Paul Noonan led a quartet of Broncos in double figures as he tallied 14 points in Boise State's 72-59 road win over Louisiana Tech, Thursday.
Boise State (13-15, 3-10 Western Athletic Conference) entered the half tied with La Tech (21-7, 8-5 WAC) with 37 points each, but came out in the second half to outscore the Bulldogs 35-22. The Broncos shot 50 percent from the floor on the night.
In addition to being the Broncos leading scorer, Noonan led the team in rebounding with seven. Senior Ike Okoye added 12 points, while juniors La'Shard Anderson and Daequon Montreal registered 10 points each.
The Broncos win at Louisiana Tech not only snaps a two-game skid to the Bulldogs, but marks just the second loss La Tech has suffered at home this season.
Jamel Guyton led the Bulldogs with 13 points, while Olu Ashaolu added 11 points.
