THE GAME: Boise State (16-7, 7-3 MW) goes back on the road for a Saturday matinee game at Air Force (11-12, 2-8 MW). Tipoff is slated for noon MT and will be televised on ROOT Sports.

ABOUT AIR FORCE: The Falcons rallied from 14 down Tuesday, against Wyoming to win 70-62 and snap an eight-game losing streak. Hayden Graham leads Air Force at 14.8 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.

ON THE CALL: The Voice of the Broncos, Bob Behler, is back for his eighth season of calling Boise State men's basketball on the radio. Behler is joined by Bronco great Abe Jackson in his eighth year as the analyst. The game will be carried on the Bronco Radio Network, including flagship station 670 AM KBOI in Boise. ONLY MEETING: Saturday is the only scheduled meeting between Boise State and Air Force this season. The Falcons are the only Mountain West team that will not visit Taco Bell Arena. The two teams met three times last season with the Broncos winning each, including the quarterfinals of the MW Tournament.

DUNCAN FEASTS ON FALCONS: In three games against Air Force last season, Nick Duncan averaged 17 points and shot 15-for-28 (53.6 percent) from three-point range. Two of Duncan’s five career 20-point games have comes against the Falcons, including 23 in the MW Tournament last season.

LAST TIME: Lonnie Jackson knocked down a three-pointer with 1:31 left to give Boise State its first lead Tuesday, against Utah State and the Broncos went on to win 70-67. James Webb III and Mikey Thompson combined for 19 of Boise State’s 23 points in the final 10 minutes as the Broncos rallied for the win.

AGGIE SWEEP: Boise State and Utah State have been conference foes in 14 seasons between the Big West, Western Athletic Conference and Mountain West. The Broncos completed their first season sweep of the Aggies this year, winning Jan. 5 in Logan (second all-time win in Logan; first was last season) and Feb. 2, in Boise.

VETERAN TAKEOVER: Boise State had lost two straight games and was staring at another defeat Feb. 2, down 11 against Utah State with 10 minutes to play. Then the Broncos turned to their veterans. James Webb III and Mikey Thompson scored 19 points during a 23-9 run to end the game, while Lonnie Jackson provided the other four, including the go-ahead three-pointer with 1:31 left to give Boise State its first lead of the night.

A:TO THOMPSON: Mikey Thompson dished out 10 assists against New Mexico (Jan. 30) without committing a turnover. Thompson is the only Bronco to register double-figure assists and zero turnovers since at least the 1983-84 season. Thompson leads the Mountain West with a 2.1 assist-to-turnover ratio. Twice this season he has had at least nine assists without committing a turnover.
