SERIES HISTORY: Nevada leads 39-22. It is the fourth-most played series in Boise State basketball history (behind only Idaho, Idaho State and Weber State). The Broncos are 3-10 at Nevada since 2000. The schools split last season's series.

BRONCOS IN THE RPI: Boise State is ranked 64th in the  latest RPI (Jan. 13). The NCAA released its initial RPI rankings Friday (Jan. 10), with the Broncos checking in at No. 44. Boise State finished last season No. 48 in the RPI. That was the highest finish for Boise State since ranking No. 47 at the end of the 1987-88 season, according to Basketball State.
