The Boise State men’s basketball team look for its first conference win of the season as the Broncos play host to conference leader, Louisiana Tech, Monday, Jan. 11, with tipoff scheduled for 7:05 p.m. (MT).

La Tech is the only team in the WAC with a conference record of 3-0, while sitting atop the league standings comfortably with an overall record of 15-2.  While Boise State is just 7-10 all-time against the Bulldogs, the Broncos lead the series in games played at Taco Bell Arena with a record of 5-3 all-time in games played in Boise. In fact, Boise State is currently on a three-game winning streak over La Tech in games played on its home floor.

The Broncos will be looking to not only break their three-game skid, but are hoping to snap the Bulldogs three-game winning steak and deliver them their first conference loss of the season. La Tech has not won at Taco Bell Arena since the 2005-06 season when Boise State fell, 72-75, in the WAC conference opener.
