Jan. 4, 2017

BOISE, Idaho - The postponed men's basketball game between Boise State and Portland will be made up during the 2017-18 season, the schools announced Wednesday. The game was originally slated for Dec. 10, but the Pilots were unable to travel to Boise due to wintry weather conditions in Portland.

Boise State season ticket holders are invited to exchange their tickets to the Portland game for any of Boise State's eight remaining regular-season home games, up to the number of season tickets in their account. Tickets can be exchanged by visiting or calling the Boise State Athletic Ticket Office.

Fans with single-game tickets for the previously-scheduled game against Portland will be able to trade them for tickets to any of Boise State's eight remaining regular-season home games this year.

The Broncos are off to a 2-0 start in Mountain West play and host preseason-favorite San Diego State Saturday.

Fans are encouraged to visit the Boise State Athletic Ticket Office prior to game day to receive their additional tickets or make exchanges. The ticket office is open Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The box office opens two hours prior to each game at Taco Bell Arena. The ticket office can be reached by phone at 208-426-4737.

Portland will play at Boise State Dec. 3, 2017. The date is subject to change. The game will complete a home-and-home series which saw Boise State win 81-71 at Portland Dec. 5, 2015.
