2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY- A team captain, raced on three separate occasions . . . Finished 190th at the NCAA Championships (Nov. 18) . . . Ran 22:17.09 for 6k at the Mountain West Championships (Oct. 27) . . . Opened the season with a 97th-place finish at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational to finish in the top half of the race (Oct. 13)

2016-17: CROSS COUNTRY - Competed in one meet – logged a top-10 finish at the Steve Reeder Memorial Cross Country Invitational, crossing the line in seventh place with a 5k time of 18:53.6...INDOOR – Henderson put together arguably the best indoor season for 800m runner in school history in the 2016-17 season…took 14th at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships (2:07.40) to earn NCAA All-America second team honors…easily won the conference 800m title after crossing the finish line in 2:04.83…helped the distance medley relay team win, as well, as the squad clocked a 11:19.39 to claim first place…set the school record and earned the No. 2 time in the Mountain West Record book after running a 2:04.01 at the UW Invitational…logged some speed work at the Boise State Challenge in winning the 400m thanks to a 54.82…took second in the 600m (1:29.00) at the Bronco Invitational…truly began her season-long ascension at the Ed Jacoby Invitational after running a 2:05.71 to earn the school record for the first time…opened the season at the Jacksons Open and recorded a 2:09.31 to win the 800m…OUTDOOR – Continued her epic season with another All-America second team honor after taking 10th in the 800m (204.95) at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships…reset the outdoor 800m school record on multiple occasions, but eventually lowered it all the way to 2:02.33 – clocked at the Portland Track Festival…the time would have been the Mountain West record if it would have been run in the college season, as well…the performance at the Portland Track Festival gave her the necessary time to compete in the USATF Outdoor Championships where she took 21st place (2:06.08)…won the 800m league title once again, crossing the finish line in 2:04.18…also ran a leg on the 4x400m team that took eighth and picked up one point thanks to a 3:50.83…was victorious at the Oregon Twilight (2:04.10)…helped the 4x400m relay team win at the Border Clash thanks to a 3:48.93…third at the Sun Angel Classic in the 800m courtesy of a 2:04.39…began her outdoor season at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival and ran in the 1,500m (4:23.18) and the 400m (55.52).

2015-16: CROSS COUNTRY - Participated in two meets during her sophomore season…Placed eighth at the Utah Open after running a 15:39.7 in the 4k race…Clocked a 18:31.4 in a 5k at the Utah State Invitational for 10th place...INDOOR - Ran in primarily the 800m and competed in six different meets…earned All-MW honors in the 800m after finishing third at the conference championships with a time of 2:09.63 – the third-fastest 800m time in school history…helped the DMR team win at the conference championships, recording a school record time of 11:16.41…was first at the Boise State Challenge in the 800m (2:14.01)…runner-up at the Jacksons/NB Invitational, clocking a time of 2:10.93…competed at the UW Invitational (2:12.12)…second-place finisher at the Bronco Invite with a 2:13.40…began the season at the Jacksons Open and helped the 4x400m team take fifth place (4:15.90)...OUTDOOR - Did not compete.

2014-15: INDOOR - Competed in six meets including the Mountain West Indoor Championships...ran to a fourth-place finish at the Border Clash in the 600m (1:35.82)...ran a 2:13.57 in the 800m preliminaries at the conference championships...OUTDOOR - Ran a season best 57.94 in the 400m at the Stanford Invitational...grabbed a fifth-place finish in the Border Clash in the 800m in 2:11.79...competed in the MW Outdoor Championships in the 800m in a time of 2:24.22.

PREP: Won titles at the Montana Class A State Track Meet her freshman year in the 400m, the 4x100m relay and the 4x400m relay...repeated as state champion in the 4x400m relay her sophomore year and also won the state cross country a junior won state titles in cross country, the 4x100m relay and the 4x400m relay in track and field...topped off a successful career her senior year with a third-straight state cross country title, giving her a total of nine state titles in her high school career...named the 2013 most inspirational woman for track and field...named most valuable for cross country 2013-13...given the Mountain West Top 10 award 2011-13...also played basketball...member of the Corvallis HS honor roll, National Honor Society and earned the Rotary Club award...graduated with highest honors...plans to major in business.
