2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY- Appeared in two meets on the year . . . Ran 25:10.83 for 8k at the Greater Louisville Classic (Sept. 30) . . . Finished 16th at the Inland Empire Challenge to help lead Boise State to the team title (Oct. 14)

2016-17: CROSS COUNTRY - 
Named second-team All-Mountain West…was crucial in securing the team’s Mountain West Championship title, taking 12th place after finishing the 8k course in 24:24.3…was tenth at the season-opening meet, the Sagebrush Invitational, finishing the 7K course in 21:24.67…did well at the Roy Griak Invitational, clocking a 26:10.2 for 65th place…took 118th at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, crossing the line in 25:11.4…also competed at the NCAA West Regional Championships (121st – 32:19.5) and at the NCAA National Championships (242nd – 32:54.6)…INDOOR – Ran in primarily the 3,000m and 5,000m in the indoor season…scored a point at the Mountain West Indoor Championships by taking eighth in the 3,000m thanks to a 8:24.58…clocked a 4:22.65 in the mile to take seventh at the Ed Jacoby Invitational…posted a 8:22.68 in the 3,000m at the UW Invitational…recorded an indoor season best in the 5,000m two weeks later at the Husky Classic, crossing the finish line in 14:18.10…also was 13th in the 5k at the indoor league championships (15:23.42)…OUTDOOR – Posted a career-best 14:10.57 in the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational…was 15th in the 5,000m (15:44.89) and 12th in the 10,000m (32:48.19) at the outdoor conference championships…also competed at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival and posted a 14:36.06 in the 5k.

2015-16: CROSS COUNTRY - 
All-Mountain West Second-Team honoree after taking 14th at the Mountain West Championships (27:03.3)…was a scorer for the Broncos in every meet he competed in…36th at the NCAA West Regional, running a 31:55.7…finished in the top half of the NCAA Championships and ran a 31:08.5 for 120th…best 8k time of the year came at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, securing a 24:22.8 to finish in 85th…took 34th at the Roy Griak Invitational (25:43.9)…opened the year at the Dual in Speedway Meadow, placing fourth out of 15 competitors (25:33.0)...INDOOR – Took part in four meets over the course of the indoor season, competing in primarily the long distance races…helped the DMR team to a fourth-place finish (10:41.05) at the Ed Jacoby Invite, also competed in the mile and took ninth with a time of 4:16.93…clocked a 8:16.31 in the 3,000m at the UW Invitational…competed in the 5,000m two weeks later at the Husky Classic and recorded a 14:18.94…ran in both the 3,000m and the 5,000m at the MW Indoor Championships, enjoying a 8:37.89 for 15th and a 15:25.45 for 17th, respectively...OUTDOOR – Ran in the 1,500m, 5,000m and 10,000m over the course of the outdoor season…kicked off the season with a PR in the 5,000m, running a 14:14.77 for 14th place…was seventh in the 1,500 meters (4:00.99) at the Border Clash…was 15th in the 5,000-meter run (14:37.74) and 21st in the 10,000-meter run (33:47.44).

2014-15: CROSS COUNTRY 
– Took 28th at the Mountain West Cross Country Championships 8K race, running a 24:33.1…made an appearance at the West Region Cross Country Championships and ran a 31:31.6 in the 10k race...participated in the Utah Open (19:38.0 – 6M) and the Roy Griak Invitational (28:39.7 – 8K), taking 12th and 247th, respectively…INDOORS – Helped the DMR team win at the Ed Jacoby Invite after they finished with a time of 10:10.43…also ran in the mile at the same meet, placing 14th with a 4:25.90…competed in Seattle back-to-back weekends in the 3,000m securing an 8:22.93 (29th place) at the UW Indoor Invitational and an 8:28.21 (72nd place) at the UW Husky Classic…took part at the Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships, clocking a 15:11.56 in the 5,000m (17th place) and a 8:39.68 in the 3,000m (15th place)…OUTDOORS – participated in one outdoor meet, recorded a 14:29.63 in the 5,000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival and placed 14:29.63.

2013-14INDOORS – Did not compete…OUTDOORS – Recorded the fastest 10,000m time of his career at the Mt. SAC Relays when he clocked a 31:35.51…competed in the 1,500m at the Idaho-Utah Border Clash and took fourth (3:58.63)…placed 17th in the 5,000m (15:38.95) and 16th in the 10,000m (33:46.44) at the Mountain West Outdoor Track and Field Championships

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB - Raced for the club team Cheltenham...recorded bests of 1:59.52 in the 800m, 4:01.46 in the 1500m, 8:26.71 in the 3000m, 14:51.63 in the 5000m and 31:34.41 in the 10000m...raced in the UK Cross Country Championships...won the 2011 London Duathalon Challenge, which at the time was the largest run-bike-run race in the world.
