2016-17: CROSS COUNTRY - First action as a Bronco came at the Sagebrush Invitational, finishing the 5K course in 18:39.55 for 22nd place…also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (23:43.8) and took 130th…fared well at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational “B” Race, running a 22:16.7 to take 37th place…was 35th at the Mountain West Championships, running her fastest 6k time of the year (21:43.3) in the process…took 157th at the NCAA West Regional, running a 22:19.4.

Amy Pfaff comes to Boise State after two years at the College of Idaho. The junior earned All-CCC and NAIA All-America honors after a stellar sophomore cross country season. She was the 
top non-Division I finisher at the Montana Invitational and took 26th at the NAIA National Championships. On the track she was equally as impressive, earning four NAIA All-America honors and winning a pair of Cascade Collegiate Conference titles. She set a school record in the 1,000m at the NAIA National Championships, clocking a 2:54.69 for third place.HIGH SCHOOL: Was a top-20 finisher at the XC state meet in Washington. Did well on the track as well, enjoying top-6 finishes in the 400 meters (57.5) and 800 meters (2:16). Also swam for Hanford High School, graduating in 2014.
