The Boise State track and field team will make the relatively short trip to Logan, Utah this week to compete in the 2017 Mountain West Outdoor Track and Field Championships from May 10-13 on the campus of Utah State. The championships will feature seven men’s teams and 11 teams on the women’s side.

The meet will start at 2 p.m. on Wednesday with the men’s decathlon, but the Broncos won’t have an athlete competing until the next day when the men’s and women’s 10,000m races go off at 6:15 p.m. and 7 p.m., respectively, on Thursday evening.

WATCH LIVE: The conference will be broadcasting all of the track events over the weekend live on the Mountain West Network.

NCAA WEST REGIONALS COMING UP: With the NCAA West Regional Championships (May 25-27) on the horizon, the Broncos will be looking to add to their list of athletes who already possess top-48 times and marks – the necessary requirement to qualify to regionals. The athletes that are currently in the top-48 range entering the week are: Dusty Fisher (400m), Fernando Martinez (400m hurdles), Yusuke Uchikoshi (3,000m Steeplechase), Sadi Henderson (800m), Alexis Fuller (800m and 1,500m), Allie Ostrander (1,500m, 5,000m and 3,000m steeplechase), Clare O’Brien (5,000m), Allison Jeffries (pole vault) and Courtney Hutchinson (shot put).
