Boise State Track and Field/Cross Country Camp
Sprint/Hurdle/Jump Camp: June 24-27, 2012 (Ages 8-18)
Throws Camp: Dates June 24-27, 2012 (Grades 9-graduated seniors)
Cross Country Camp: June 24-28, 2012 (Grades 9-graduated seniors)

Registration

Registration is due by Friday, June 15th 2012.

All campers must check-in to the dorms the first day of camp (Sunday) by 3:00pm. Check-out is on Wednesday for the Sprint/Hurdle/Jump Camp and Throws Camp. The Cross Country camp will checkout Thursday, by 1:00pm at the latest.

Camp Fees

Sprint/Hurdle/Jump Camp and Throws Camp

Resident: $395 - includes three nights lodging, 8 meals, instruction, recreation and skill analysis.

                          (Airport pick-up is also included in the fee if needed)

Commuter: $345 - includes 8 meals, instruction, recreation and skill analysis.

Cross Country Camp

Resident: $475 - includes four nights lodging, 11 meals, instruction, recreation and skill analysis.

                          (Airport pick-up is also included in the fee if needed)

Commuter: $435 - includes 11 meals, instruction, recreation and skill analysis.

Commuters

Commuters must provide their own transportation to and from camp each day and are expected to be on time. Meals are included in the camp cost. Parking is very limited on and around campus, and it is suggested that campers be dropped off if possible. Campers are not allowed to use their vehicles during the camp day, and must turn in their keys to camp counselors until the end of the camp day.

Eligibility

Cross Country & Throws Camp

The Cross Country and Throws Camp is open to male AND female athletes who are entering 9th grade through seniors who just graduated.

Sprint/Hurdle/Jump Camp

The Sprints/Hurdle/Jumps Camp is open to male AND female athletes who are entering 2nd grade through seniors who just graduated. Students who are 2nd grade- entering 8th graders must commute from home.

Cancellation/Refund

Cancellations will be granted up to June 1, 2012.

Roommates

Roommates will be assigned prior to arrival. If you would like a specific roommate please indicate so with your application. We will do our best to accommodate roommate requests, but occasionally circumstances beyond our control make this impossible. Be ready to meet new friends! Changes will not be made to rooms upon camper arrival.

Supervision

Participants are supervised by the coaching staff during the instructional sessions and by summer camp housing staff when at the residence halls. Attendance is taken at all sessions, bed checks are taken at 10:30pm and lights are out at 11:00pm.

Transportation

Each participant is responsible for their own transportation to and from camp. (Exception is airport pick up and drop off)

Health/Insurance

Participants are required to provide proof of insurance prior to the start of camp. CAMPERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT PROOF OF INSURANCE. Trainers will be available to treat minor injuries and illness, and dispense medications as needed during the camp week.
