Stanford Invitational Results Get Acrobat Reader | San Francisco State Distance Carnival Results

STANFORD, Calif. – Alexandru Terpezan ran a 21.58 in the 200m at the Stanford Invitational to take fifth in the fastest section of the evening. Britlie Silvester was 14th in the hammer throw thanks to a mark of 157-9 (48.08m).

The Broncos will be back on the same track in three weeks when they compete in the Stanford Twilight on April 22.

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – It was a strong day for the sprinters at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on Saturday afternoon, as Rex Stanley led the way with a 53.07 in the 400m hurdles to take second place overall. Fernando Martinez (55.15) and Cameron Wrout (59.02) also competed, taking ninth and 19th, respectively.

Bryce Kirby picked up some valuable experience as well, running a 22.47 in the 200m and a 51.58 in the 400m.

Chassity Love also took part in the same races, taking third in the 200m with a 25.12 and logging a 1:02.14 in the 400m. Morgan Van Kooten competed in the shot put and recorded a mark of 37-6 (11.43m), finishing in 12th place.

Boise State will be back in action next week at the Sun Angel Classic in Tempe, Ariz., from April 8-9.
