Final Results

SEATTLE, Wash. – Clare O’Brien continued her dominant start to the 2018 season with a fourth-place finish in the women’s 3,000m to highlight Boise State’s efforts on the final day of the UW Invitational, Satruday.

O’Brien, the reigning Mountain West champion in the indoor 3,000m, took fourth in the final heat of the day, and fourth overall in 9:12.28, nearly three seconds off her personal best. The sophomore was the second collegian to cross the finish line behind Trinity Western’s Regan Yee.

The 9:12.28 is the seventh-fastest 3,000m in NCAA Division I this season.

Sadi Henderson was the top collegian in the women’s 800m, running 2:08.12 to take sixth.

Addison Dehaven ran a personal best for the second-consecutive meet, taking 12 seconds off his 3,000m personal best to take ninth in 7:59.19. Jeff Lautenslager was the second Bronco across the finish line in a personal best 8:09.70 – good for 18th overall.

Freshman Chelsea Walker had a strong collegiate hurdles debut, finishing 14th in the 60m hurdles in 8.88.

Senior Camden Stoddard made his season debut, finishing seventh in the pole vault in 16-2 (4.93m).

The Broncos will return to action, Feb. 2-3, hosting the Jackson’s Nike Boise Indoor in Nampa, Idaho.
