Marc Paul has been a part of the Bronco family since 2008 and serves as the Associate Athletic Director and Head Athletic Trainer overseeing all aspects of the sports medicine care for Bronco student-athletes.

Before joining the Broncos Paul was the Head Athletic Trainer at his alma mater, the University of Nevada, working primarily with the football, rifle, and golf programs.

Paul graduated from Nevada in 1994 and earned his master's degree in 1997 from Clarion University (Pa.), where he worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. After Clarion, Paul returned to Nevada where he worked at Nevada Physical Therapy on the university campus, then as an assistant athletic trainer taking care of Nevada's football, swimming, men's basketball and baseball programs for nearly one year. He was named interim head athletic trainer following that before being named to the position permanently, a position he held for eight years.

Paul has served on the NCAA Competitive Safeguards and Medical Aspects of Sports committees and was chair of the NCAA Drug Testing and Education subcommittee. He has also been a part of the State of Nevada Board of Athletic Trainers and is currently on the State Board of Medicine for Athletic Trainers in the state of Idaho.

Paul and his wife Tami live in Boise where they stay busy with the activities of their son Colbi, and daughter Kennedi.
