Dusty Clements joined Boise State in December of 2014 as Associate Athletic Director/Development. Clements transitioned to Senior Associate Athletic Director/External Operations in February of 2016.

In his current role, Clements manages external areas including development, ticket operations, marketing and promotions, media relations and is the liaison with Bronco Sports Properties.

Clements joined the Bronco staff after spending the previous seven years at the University of Oklahoma. He joined Oklahoma in February 2007 working in the Sooner Club and served as Director of Annual Giving, Director of Development and Assistant AD/Development at OU.

While at Oklahoma, Clements helped the Sooner Club set an all-time record for total membership (10,846) and annual giving ($22.5 million) in 2014. He assisted in the $75 million capital campaign for OU’s new residence hall which was funded entirely by OU Athletics, and worked with the development staff in securing over $25 million in capital giving pledges in his final three years.

In October 2014, Clements was honored by Oklahoma as the athletic departments’s Inspiring Champions Award Winner, given in recognition of an OU athletics staff member who exemplifies the mission and values of the department and University.

Receiving both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Wyoming, Clements was the assistant commissioner for media relations at the Big Sky Conference from 2001-04, before returning to his alma mater and spending three years as a development officer in the Cowboy Joe Club.

He and his wife Julie have one son, Dalton, and twin girls, Addison and Brooklyn.
