Tryout Information

Boise State host tryouts once a year, April of Spring Semester.  If there are still spots available from the Spring tryout, video tryouts will be watched and the remaining spots will be filled from the videos.  Interested individuals must submit an application on or before the scheduled try-out date.  Although it is not required it would be very beneficial for candidates to come to our Spring Stunt Clinic before try-outs.  Tryouts for the 2013-2014 season will take place April 19-21, 2013.  If you are unable to participate in the scheduled tryout date you may submit your tryout by DVD with your application no later than April 15, 2013.  If you are trying out by video you must perform all skill listed below for the squad you are trying out for on a non-spring cheer floor.  Videos will only be watched if there are still spots available after the live tryout.  We also have our Spring Stunt Clinic that is very beneficial for high school Juniors and Seniors wanting to cheer in college and especially for Boise State! Our Spring Stunt Clinic is scheduled for April 6-7, 2013.
