Ticket Office FAQ & Policies
For our customer's protection, all address changes must be submitted on Boise State Athletic Ticket Office address forms. It is your responsibility to inform the Athletic Ticket Office of any changes to your address, or contact information. Address changes for the mailing of season football tickets must be received by a month before the season to ensure tickets will be delivered on time and to the correct address. If you think you may not be able to receive your tickets via mail, we suggest requesting that your season tickets be held at will-call.
Accessible seating is limited at Bronco Stadium and Taco Bell Arena. Accessible seating can be purchased online at www.idahotickets.com as well as by contacting the Athletic Ticket Office. Those needing to make accessible seating requests must do so by contacting the Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Accessible seating requests are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To check on availability or to make arrangements, please call us at 208-426-4737 or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office.

By purchasing individual game tickets and/or season tickets to Boise State University Athletic events (collectively, "Ticket" or "Tickets"), you are purchasing a seat license (the "License"). Each Ticket covered by the License represents a separate, non-renewable, revocable License which only permits the bearer the right to: (a) enter the publicly-accessible areas of Bronco Stadium, Taco Bell Arena, or other facilities at times determined by Boise State University; (b) attend the game identified on the Ticket; and (c) sit in the seat location identified on the Ticket. The License and any Ticket may be modified or revoked at the sole and absolute discretion of Boise State University, with or without cause. Seat location, the number of tickets allocated per purchaser, and even the ability to purchase tickets are not as a matter of right but are at the sole discretion of the University. The University can revoke or change such privileges at the University’s discretion, at any time, without notice.
Boise State University reserves the right at any time, and without prior notice, to modify, amend or supplement the terms and conditions of the License and the terms and conditions with respect to the purchase of Ticket(s). Event dates and times are all subject to change. The License is governed by Idaho law without regards to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for any disputes arising out of the License shall be state district court in Ada County, Boise, Idaho. Any written notice should be mailed to:
